To je jedna od boljih pita. Pravila sam je drugi dan Ramazana.
Kakav sir si stavljala s pireom u ovu lepinu?

Ja krompir ne skasim skroz ko za pire, a dodam mu dvoje jaja, dvije kasike mladog sira, 4-5 kasika kajmaka, malo ulja, izrendam jednu glavicu luka, posolim i pobiberim.
Ne znam koji je to sir. Je li stavis sir koji ide za pitu, ili onaj za pizze?

Eh super..hvala ti za upute, probat ću čim prva prilika mi bude. Samo ću ja praviti bez luka. Ne volim ga.

Nakon kafe ujutru
probala przeni kadaif... potopi se u toplo mlijeko- kod mene je bilo -bademovo.. dodala kasicicu secera- kokos..

hm . kao da je ' uzeglo' no, to je vjerujem miris ulje u kom se przilo.. ponovit cu.. mekano.. volim kadaif. pa mi se i svidja... samo taj miris mi je bio malo problem. 'vracao'
mi se par puta..

Naan sam jucer pravila. Po origanlnom receptu trebala sam u buter za premazivanje staviti cesnjaka, ali to sam zaboravila.

Ne cini ti se, jeste. Poslije pocenje premazu se otopljenim buterom. U taj bi buter trebalo nasjekaci cesnjak, da poprimi njegov miris, ali to sam zaboravila.
Inace se peku samo na zagrijanoj tavi, bez masnoce, i to sto su premazane, to je sva masnoca koja ide.
